100 grams canned crab meat
300 grams canned tomatoes
100 milliliters heavy cream
1/3 teaspoon bouillon granules
In a frying pan, heat some olive oil. Cook garlic, onions, and mushrooms until soft.
Add in canned tomatoes, crab meat, cream, salt, bouillon granules, and butter and cook until heated through.
Add in cooked pasta and mix until combined.
Transfer to an oven-proof square dish and top with cheese.
Crack one egg into the center and bake at 250 degrees C for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve immediately.
